Ingredients

  • 1 - Strawberry Cake Mix
  • 1 - Lemon Cake Mix
  • 4 - eggs
  • ⅔ cup - cooking oil
  • 1 cup - powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of oil.
  2. In a second large mixing bowl, combine lemonade cake mix, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of oil.
  3. Refrigerate both cake mixes for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place powdered sugar into a bowl.
  5. Scoop out 1/2 cookie scoop of strawberry cake mix and 1/2 cookie scoop of lemonade cake mix.
  6. Gently roll the two flavored balls together into a single cookie dough ball.
  7. Roll the two-flavored cookie dough ball in powdered sugar and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Repeat with the rest of the cookie dough, placing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. Remove the cookies and allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring them from the cookie sheet to a wire rack to cool completely.
