Lime Jello Salad
My Lime Jello Salad is creamy, fluffy, retro dish. It is a true holiday classic. It’s a familiar favorite at potlucks and special dinners. Whether you grew up with it or are bringing it back, it’s comfort in a chilled dish. It’s truly a nostalgic salad my grandma used to make, and one that everyone loves.

Dissolve 6 ounces of jello in 2 cups of boiling water and allow it to sit for 2 minutes.
- Step 2
Whisk in the cream cheese until fully combined.
- Step 3
Mix in the crushed pineapple with the juice and the cold water.
- Step 4
Pour the mixture into a bundt pan. You can also use a 9×13 dish or a jello mold.
- Step 5
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
