Ingredients
- 6 ounces - Lime Jello
- 2 cups - Boiling water
- 8 ounces - Cream cheese
- 8 ounces - Crushed pineapple
- ½ cup - Cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve 6 ounces of jello in 2 cups of boiling water and allow it to sit for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in the cream cheese until fully combined.
- Mix in the crushed pineapple with the juice and the cold water.
- Pour the mixture into a bundt pan. You can also use a 9×13 dish or a jello mold.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
