Ingredients
- 12 cups - Idahoan instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup - sour cream
- 4 ounces - cream cheese
- 1 ½ teaspoons - all-purpose seasoning
- 2 clove - garlic
- 2 - green onions
- 3 slice - bacon
- ¼ cup - cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup - Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup - butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine prepared potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic and all-purpose seasoning.
- Pour potato mixture into prepared dish.
- Evenly place cubes of butter on top of potatoes.
- Spread cheeses evenly on top. Sprinkle green onions and bacon on top of cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
