Ingredients
- 32 ounces - Tater Tots
- ½ lb - Bacon
- 1 cup - Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup - Tomato
- ½ cup - Sour Cream
- 2 - Green Onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Chop the bacon into ½ inch pieces, and cook it over medium heat until crispy, turning often. Drain grease.
- Chop the tomato and the onion.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, and arrange the tater tots in the bottom. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, then sprinkle the cheese on top, and then arrange the bacon. Bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with dollops of sour cream, then sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, and onions.
