  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 1 cup - lobster meat
  • 4 tablespoon - butter
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ¾ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  •   - Fresh parsley
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter and the lobster meat. Sauté briefly to warm and coat with butter. Remove lobster and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let melt until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss until well coated.
  7. Return lobster to the pan and cook together for a few minutes.
  8. Serve hot, topped with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley.
