Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Lobster Poaching Perfection 🦞
Gently poach the lobster meat in butter at a low temperature to prevent toughening and preserve its delicate texture and sweet flavor.
  • Pasta Water Magic 💧
Always reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining - it's the secret to creating a silky, emulsified Alfredo sauce that clings perfectly to the pasta.
  • Cheese Melting Technique 🧀
Grate Parmesan cheese fresh and add it off the heat to prevent breaking or becoming grainy, ensuring a smooth and creamy Alfredo sauce.
  • Garlic Infusion Trick 🧄
Slowly bloom minced garlic in butter over low heat to extract maximum flavor without burning, creating a rich aromatic base for the sauce.
  • Pasta Doneness Hack 🍝
Cook pasta just shy of al dente, as it will continue cooking when mixed with the hot sauce, preventing overdone, mushy pasta.
