Tips & Tricks (5)
- Lobster Poaching Perfection 🦞Gently poach the lobster meat in butter at a low temperature to prevent toughening and preserve its delicate texture and sweet flavor.
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining - it's the secret to creating a silky, emulsified Alfredo sauce that clings perfectly to the pasta.
- Cheese Melting Technique 🧀Grate Parmesan cheese fresh and add it off the heat to prevent breaking or becoming grainy, ensuring a smooth and creamy Alfredo sauce.
- Garlic Infusion Trick 🧄Slowly bloom minced garlic in butter over low heat to extract maximum flavor without burning, creating a rich aromatic base for the sauce.
- Pasta Doneness Hack 🍝Cook pasta just shy of al dente, as it will continue cooking when mixed with the hot sauce, preventing overdone, mushy pasta.
