  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 1 pound - lobster meat
  • 6 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup - reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tbsp butter. Add lobster meat and toss until well coated and heated through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the same pan. Cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the cream, followed by cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed. Cook for a few minutes to thicken.
  7. Fold in the cooked lobster, stir, and top with additional Parmesan. Serve warm.
