Lobster Mac & Cheese
This Lobster Mac & Cheese is the definition of decadent comfort food. Made with buttery lobster meat and an ultra-creamy three-cheese sauce, it's rich, savory, and perfect for special occasions or indulgent cravings. The combination of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan melted into heavy cream creates a luscious coating for every bite of pasta. Instructions
- Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tbsp butter. Add lobster meat and toss until well coated and heated through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Step 3
Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the same pan. Cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Step 4
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 5
Add cooked pasta to the cream, followed by cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Step 6
Add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed. Cook for a few minutes to thicken.
- Step 7
Fold in the cooked lobster, stir, and top with additional Parmesan. Serve warm.
