Low Calorie High Protein Chicken Taquitos
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken with taco seasoning, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, and green chilies until well combined.

Wrap 5 tortillas at a time in a damp paper towel and foil. Bake them for 10 minutes to soften.

Spoon filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Lightly spray with oil if desired and bake for 15–20 minutes until crispy and golden.

Top with hot sauce, low-calorie ranch, and chives, if using. Serve warm.
