Ingredients
- 1 cup - pancake mix
- ¾ cup - Milk
- 1 - Egg
- ¼ cup - Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
- 4 slices - Bacon
- ⅓ cup - Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Mix the pancake mix, milk, syrup, eggs, vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon pieces and chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased or lined mini muffin pan. Fill each 3/4th of the way full.
