Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts are sweet, sticky, and golden at the edges.—Even the most stubborn sprout skeptics will be swayed. The maple syrup caramelizes as they roast, turning this humble veggie into a crave worthy side. The recipe hits all the right notes: the sweetness of the maple syrup beautifully balances the natural bitterness of the Brussels sprouts. The addition of other ingredients like Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, or a pinch of red chili flakes adds a layer of savory, tangy, or spicy complexity.
