Maple Sweet Potatoes
Maple Sweet Potatoes are a sweet, yet savory side for your Thanksgiving dinner. They’re made with six ingredients, five minutes of prep, and just 35 minutes in the oven. These easy, oven roasted sweet potatoes are as delicious as they are simple to make.

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- Step 2
Peel sweet potatoes and trim off both ends. Slice sweet potatoes into ½ inch thick slices.
- Step 3
Melt ½ cup of butter and add to a large bowl; Add potato slices and stir until coated.
- Step 4
Arrange potato slices on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer; Pour remaining melted butter from the bowl over the potatoes slices.
- Step 5
Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of All Purpose Seasoning Blend.
- Step 6
Roast potatoes for 15 minutes.
- Step 7
Flip potatoes, sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of All Purpose Seasoning Blend.
- Step 8
Continue roasting for 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
- Step 9
Add stock to baking sheet and roast for 10 more minutes or until most of the broth is evaporated.
- Step 10
While potatoes are roasting, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine walnuts, syrup, remaining ¼ cup butter and ½ teaspoon of All Purpose Seasoning Blend.
- Step 11
Simmer and stir until the butter emulsifies; Remove from heat.
- Step 12
Transfer potatoes to a platter and drizzle with syrup and walnut mixture right before serving.
