- ½ lb - pasta
- 6 slices - bacon
- 1 - onion
- 3 cloves - garlic
- 3 ounces - sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup - heavy cream
- ½ cup - chicken broth
- ½ tsp - salt
- ¼ tsp - black pepper
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - onion powder
- ¼ tsp - paprika
- ½ tsp - dried parsley
- 1 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup - spinach
- 1 tbsp - fresh parsley
- Reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- In a large pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.
- Add diced onion to the bacon fat and cook until translucent. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until garlic is fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and stir.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
