Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pasta Water Gold 💧Always reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining—it's the secret to creating a silky, clingy sauce that perfectly coats the penne.
- Sun-Dried Tomato Tip 🍅Rehydrate sun-dried tomatoes in hot chicken broth for 10 minutes before chopping to intensify their flavor and ensure they're tender in the final dish.
- Chicken Searing Technique 🔥Pat chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels before seasoning and searing to achieve a golden-brown crust that locks in maximum flavor.
- Cream Sauce Stability 🥄Reduce heat to low when adding heavy cream and stir constantly to prevent separation, creating a smooth and luxurious sauce.
- Cheese Melting Magic 🧀Remove the pan from heat when adding Parmesan cheese and stir gently to prevent clumping and ensure a silky, even distribution.
