Matcha lovers, listen up! Try my easy and nourishing matcha energy balls with white chocolate chips! These are incredibly tasty and make a perfect midday pick-me-up. The matcha in these helps with focus, promotes good mood, and is energizing without the jitters or crash. Not to mention, it adds a pop of green color and a burst of flavor! The almond flour and protein powder help add some extra protein into your day, and the cashew butter is a good source of healthy fats. These are sweetened with just a touch of agave and vegan white chocolate chips, which make these a real treat!

- Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for white chocolate chips. Stir until completely combined, using your hands if needed.
- Step 2
Mix in the white chocolate chips.
- Step 3
Roll into about eight balls. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for an hour to firm up. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy them cold or set them on the counter to get to room temperature. Enjoy!
