Ingredients

  • ½ cup - almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons - vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup - cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons - agave nectar syrup
  • 2 teaspoons - matcha green tea powder
  • ½ tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • ¼ cup - organic vegan white baking chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for white chocolate chips. Stir until completely combined, using your hands if needed.
  2. Mix in the white chocolate chips.
  3. Roll into about eight balls. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for an hour to firm up. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy them cold or set them on the counter to get to room temperature. Enjoy!
