Ingredients
- 1 cup - Almond Flour
- ¼ cup - Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp - Matcha Green Tea Powder
- ½ tsp - Spirulina Powder
- ¼ tsp - Salt
- ½ cup - Cashew Butter
- ¼ cup - Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp - Peppermint Extract
- ¼ cup - Dark Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup - Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together almond flour, protein powder, matcha, blue spirulina if using, and salt.
- Add in cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract and stir until well combined, using your hands to mix if needed.
- Add in chocolate chips and cacao nibs and combine well.
- Roll into balls. Enjoy right away or place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
