Mexican 5 Layer Dip

This flavorful Mexican dip is always a hit on game day. It’s an easy appetizer made with layers of refried beans, taco meat, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and taco seasoning. This easy bean dip is best eaten cold, and can be paired with chunky salsa and your favorite chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons - Taco Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons - Water
  • 16 ounces - Refried Beans
  • 4 ounces - Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces - Sour Cream
  • 2 cups - Guacamole
  • 2 cups - Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 6 ounces - Black Oives
  • Cilantro
  • Green Onions
  • Black Olives

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Blend, House Seasoning Blend andwater to the cooked beef; Stir together.
  3. Spread beef mixture evenly into a 9×13 casserole dish.
  4. In a small, microwave safe bowl, microwave refried beans for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir beans and cream cheese together and spread them on top of the beef layer.
  6. In a separate bowl combine sour cream, remaining 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Taco Seasoning Blend and remaining teaspoon of House Seasoning Blend.
  7. Spread seasoned cheese mixture evenly on top of refried beans.
  8. Spread prepared guacamole on top.
  9. Top shredded Mexican cheese blend.
  10. Add diced tomatoes.
  11. Top with sliced black olives.
  12. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
