Ingredients

  • 14 ⅓ ounces - Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 cup - Vanilla Icing

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreos into a food processor, and blend until they become fine crumbs.
  2. Add the crumbs to a mixing bowl, and pour in the milk and baking powder.
  3. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture into well greased, microwave-safe ramekins, mini loaf pans or any other containers you may wish to use. Fill about ½ – ⅔ of the way full.
  5. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of your containers.
  6. Let the cakes cool slightly, then run a knife along the edges to help loosen the cake from the container.
  7. Turn the cake out onto a tray to cool completely.
  8. Spread the icing on your cakes and serve.
