Mini Apple Pie Bites

These Mini Apple Pie Bites are the perfect snack for parties, after school or anytime you want a sweet little snack. That you can make in less than 30 minutes. Perfect little cinnamon-y apple bundles wrapped up in a light (and also cinnamon-y) flaky pastry. And, these little dandies came together in under 10 minutes! What’s not love about that?

Ingredients

  • ½ cup - Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  • 14 ounces - Refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 tablespoons - Butter
  • 2 - Apples

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar, set aside 1 Tbsp. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pie crust. Brush with 2 Tbsp. melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  2. Cut each sheet into 8 one inch strips, about 8 inches long. Wrap one strip around each apple wedge, placing sugared side of pastry against apple.
  3. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with reserved cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm.
