
Mini Apple Pie Bites
These Mini Apple Pie Bites are the perfect snack for parties, after school or anytime you want a sweet little snack. That you can make in less than 30 minutes. Perfect little cinnamon-y apple bundles wrapped up in a light (and also cinnamon-y) flaky pastry. And, these little dandies came together in under 10 minutes! What’s not love about that?

Ingredients
- ½ cup - Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 14 ounces - Refrigerated pie crust
- 3 tablespoons - Butter
- 2 - Apples
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar, set aside 1 Tbsp. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pie crust. Brush with 2 Tbsp. melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Cut each sheet into 8 one inch strips, about 8 inches long. Wrap one strip around each apple wedge, placing sugared side of pastry against apple.
- Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with reserved cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm.
