Place the Chex cereal in a large bowl. Place chopped Andes chocolate mints and white chocolate chips in a small bowl and melt in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring between each increment.

In another bowl, stir together the powdered sugar and sifted cocoa powder. Pour the melted chocolate mints over the Chex cereal and gently stir just until all the cereal is coated in the melted chocolate. Sift the powdered sugar/cocoa mixture over and toss until fully coated. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Temper Your Chocolate Carefully 🍫Melt the Andes mints and white chocolate together over low heat or using a double boiler to prevent seizing, which ensures a smooth, glossy coating that adheres perfectly to the cereal.
- Work Quickly While Coating ⚡Once you combine the melted chocolate with the cereal, toss immediately and continuously for 2-3 minutes before the mixture cools and hardens, ensuring even distribution of the minty chocolate flavor.
- Double-Coat Your Powdered Sugar 🍦Divide your powdered sugar and cocoa mixture in half, coating the cereal in two stages with brief cooling between coats to build up a thicker, more luxurious crust that won't shake off.
- Chill Between Steps for Texture 🧊Refrigerate the chocolate-coated cereal for 10-15 minutes before adding the final powdered sugar coating; this prevents the coating from becoming greasy and helps the sugar adhere properly.
- Use Parchment Paper for Easy Cleanup 📄Spread your finished Mint Muddy Buddies on parchment-lined baking sheets to cool completely, making it easy to separate and store while keeping your workspace clean.
