This is our take on our mom’s zucchini bread, with a twist that’s totally ours! It’s full of healthy zucchini, a generous amount of cinnamon, golden raisins, toasted walnuts, and applesauce for extra moisture and flavor. While this is technically sweet quick bread, it’s not overly sweet in flavor, so it could also be a breakfast option.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Moisture Magic 💦When grating zucchini, don't squeeze out all the moisture - leave some to ensure a wonderfully tender and moist bread texture.
- Toasting Trick 🥜Always toast your walnuts before adding them to the batter to intensify their nutty flavor and prevent them from becoming soggy during baking.
- Flour Power 🌾Lightly dust the golden raisins and chopped walnuts with a tablespoon of flour before folding into the batter to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the bread.
- Cinnamon Swirl 🌀For an extra flavor boost, create a cinnamon swirl by reserving a tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle on top of the batter before baking for a beautiful, crackly top.
- Loaf Love ❤️Use parchment paper with overhanging edges when preparing your loaf pan for easy removal and perfect, clean slices of zucchini bread.
