
Mozarella Puffs
Golden, flaky puff pastry balls filled with gooey, melted mozzarella, these mozzarella puffs are crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and the perfect bite-sized savory snack.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet - puff pastry
- 5 - mozzarella cheese
- shredded mozzarella
- ¼ tsp - paprika, oregano, Cajun spice, black pepper
- 3 tablespoons - butter
- 1 tbsp - garlic
- 1 tsp - dried parsley
- 1 - egg
- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 24 even squares.
- Slice each mozzarella stick into five bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl make condiments mixture with paprika, oregano, Cajun spice, and black pepper.
- Coat the Mozzarella pieces with the condiments mixture.
- Place a piece of cheese in the center of each pastry square, then wrap and roll to form a sealed ball.
- Arrange the pastry balls on a baking tray and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
- While they’re baking, melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave, then stir in the garlic and a little parsley.
- Transfer the hot puffs to a large bowl and gently toss with the garlic butter, remaining parsley, and grated Parmesan.
- Serve warm with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
