This is a super easy Mustard Shallot Dressing to make and I normally have the ingredients around the house. Shallots are mild but flavorful, making this a really versatile dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 - Shallots
  • 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  • ½ cups - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons - honey
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 6 tablespoons - olive oil

Instructions

  1. First chop the shallot.
  2. Use an immersion blender to combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to six months.
