No-Bake Brownie Energy Bites
These No-Bake Brownie Energy Balls are fudgy, chocolatey, and perfect for meal prep. Made with dates, oats, almond butter, applesauce, and protein powder, they have all the rich chocolate flavor of a brownie in an easy, protein-packed snack. A crisp chocolate coating makes them taste a little more like dessert while still being perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
Pit the dates and add them to a food processor along with the oats, protein powder, almond butter, applesauce, and cocoa powder. Pulse several times until the oats are coarsely chopped and the mixture is crumbly but holds together when pressed between your fingers.
- Step 2
Using your hands, shape the mixture into 12 to 13 evenly sized balls and place them on a plate or baking sheet. For evenly sized portions, use about 20 grams of mixture per ball.
- Step 3
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or using a double boiler, stirring until completely smooth.
- Step 4
Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate, turning until evenly coated. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper and let the chocolate set completely.
- Step 5
Once the chocolate has set, transfer the brownie balls to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
