No-Bake Brownie Energy Bites
These chocolatey brownie energy balls are a quick, no‑bake treat that’s perfect for a snack or dessert. Soft, naturally sweet, and packed with oats, dates, and nut butter, they’re coated in a rich chocolate layer and stay fresh in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
Pit the dates and place them in a food processor or chopper along with the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, applesauce, and cocoa powder. Pulse or briefly blend a few times until the oats are coarsely chopped and the ingredients have transformed into a loose but malleable mixture.
- Step 2
Form 12 to 13 equally sized balls from the date mixture using your hands and place them on a plate or similar surface. If you want to be precise, you can use 20 grams for each ball.
- Step 3
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a suitable bowl in the microwave or over a water bath.
- Step 4
Roll the brownie balls one at a time in the melted chocolate and then place them on a piece of parchment paper until the chocolate has hardened.
- Step 5
Once the chocolate has hardened, the brownie balls can be transferred to a food storage container and kept in the refrigerator for up to one week.
