Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups - old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup - smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup - honey
  • pretzels
  • red chocolate candy pieces

Instructions

  1. Place the oats in a food processor or blender and pulse until finely ground.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey.
  3. Add the ground oats to the peanut butter mixture and continue to stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Using 2 tablespoon of the mixture at a time (I like to use a mini ice cream scooper), roll into balls.
  5. Cut small pretzels in half to use for the reindeer antlers.
  6. Decorate with candy eyes, red candies for the nose and pretzel antlers. Place the eyes close together for a super cute face.
