Ingredients

  • 2 - whole Medjool Dates
  • ¾ cup - Cauliflower Rice
  • ⅔ cup - Soy Milk, or any non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup - Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup - Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp can - Cashew Butter sub peanut or almond butter
  • ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch - Salt

Instructions

  1. First, soak your pitted dates in a small bowl of very warm water for at least 5 minutes. This will help them soften up for easier blending.
  2. While the dates are soaking, add all remaining ingredients to a high powered blender. Add in soaked dates.
  3. Blend until smooth and until the dates and oats are fully broken down, about 1 minute. Add more soy milk to reach your desired consistency, if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
