- 1 tsp - baking soda
- ¼ cup - vanilla protein powder
- 1 - ripe banana
- ½ cup - unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup - vanilla almond milk

Instructions
- Blend rolled oats into a flour-like consistency.
- In a bowl, mix blended oats, baking soda, and protein powder.
