Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds - Ground Beef
  • 3 slices - White Bread
  • ¼ cup - Milk
  • ¼ cup - Onion
  • 1 clove - Garlic
  • ½ cup - Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons - Fresh Parsley
  • ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ tsp - Salt
  • ¼ tsp - Ground Black Pepper
  • ¾ cup - Ketchup
  • ¼ cup - Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp - Dry Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour milk over bread and let sit for a few minutes so it absorbs the milk.
  3. In a large bowl combine the beef, milk-soaked bread, onion, garlic, cheese, eggs, parsley, salts and pepper.
  4. Mix with your hands until well combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
  6. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet.
  7. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Stir until combined.
  8. Spread 1/2 of the mixture on the top of the meatloaf.
  9. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  10. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  11. Use the remaining glaze for dipping.
