Old Fashioned Pumpkin Pie
This Old Fashioned Pumpkin Pie tastes just like grandma’s recipe. With a rich, custardy filling and just the right blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, it’s everything you want in a holiday dessert. This easy pumpkin pie from scratch is as delicious as it is simple to make. I love it because it’s super simple, creamy and nostalgic.

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 425℉.
- Step 2
Combine sugar, salt and Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend in small bowl.
- Step 3
In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly.
- Step 4
Stir in pumpkin puree and spice/sugar mixture.
- Step 5
Slow stir in evaporated milk.
- Step 6
Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes.
- Step 8
Reduce temperature to 350℉ and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Step 9
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
- Step 10
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
