This One Pot Chicken Broccoli Alfredo is the ultimate weeknight dinner—creamy, comforting, and made entirely in one pot. Seasoned chicken is browned and combined with garlic butter, pasta, and a savory chicken broth-cream blend. The broccoli cooks in the same pot with the pasta for convenience, and everything is finished with a melty trio of cheeses. It's easy, cheesy, and packed with flavor in every bite.

- Step 1
Season diced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried basil.
- Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Step 3
In the same pot, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Step 4
Add dry pasta and stir to coat in garlic butter.
- Step 5
Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Season with the same spices used on the chicken.
- Step 6
Add heavy cream and stir. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until pasta is nearly done.
- Step 7
Add broccoli to the pot and continue cooking until broccoli is tender and pasta is fully cooked.
- Step 8
Return the cooked chicken to the pot. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Step 9
Adjust seasoning as needed and serve with additional Parmesan and black pepper.
