  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • ½ pound - ditalini pasta
  • 16 ounce - bone broth
  • 1  - lemon
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  •   - Parmesan

  3. Stir in the dry ditalini pasta to coat with the garlic and oil mixture.
  4. Pour in the bone broth and stir to combine.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley. Stir to incorporate.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until a creamy sauce forms.
