Tips & Tricks (5)
- Liquid-to-Pasta Ratio Magic 💧Use a 3:1 liquid-to-pasta ratio to ensure the ditalini cooks perfectly and absorbs all the delicious bone broth and cream without becoming mushy.
- Lemon Zest Technique 🍋Always zest your lemon before juicing to capture maximum citrus oils, which will intensify the bright, fresh flavor of the dish.
- Cheese Melting Mastery 🧀Remove the pan from direct heat when adding Parmesan to prevent breaking and ensure a smooth, creamy texture that coats the pasta evenly.
- Garlic Infusion Secret 🧄Mince garlic finely and let it bloom in olive oil for 30-45 seconds before adding other ingredients to release its full aromatic potential.
- One-Pot Stirring Strategy 🥄Stir occasionally but not constantly, allowing the pasta to develop slight caramelization and absorb flavors without breaking down its texture.
