- 3 tablespoons - unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 3 cloves - garlic
- ½ lb - Ditalini pasta
- 16 ounces - bone broth
- 1 - juice of lemon
- 1 tsp - salt
- ½ tsp - black pepper
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - onion powder
- ¼ tsp - paprika
- ½ tsp - dried parsley
- ½ cup - heavy cream
- ½ cup - grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with a splash of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add Ditalini pasta and stir to coat in the garlic butter mixture.
- Pour in bone broth and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is al dente, about 10–12 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue to stir until a creamy sauce forms.
- Serve immediately topped with extra Parmesan.
