Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons - unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • ½ lb - Ditalini pasta
  • 16 ounces - bone broth
  • 1 - juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • ½ tsp - black pepper
  • ½ tsp - garlic powder
  • ½ tsp - onion powder
  • ¼ tsp - paprika
  • ½ tsp - dried parsley
  • ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with a splash of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add Ditalini pasta and stir to coat in the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Pour in bone broth and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is al dente, about 10–12 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue to stir until a creamy sauce forms.
  6. Serve immediately topped with extra Parmesan.
