- Step 1
In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with a splash of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Ditalini pasta and stir to coat in the garlic butter mixture.
- Step 3
Pour in bone broth and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Step 4
Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is al dente, about 10–12 minutes.
- Step 5
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue to stir until a creamy sauce forms.
- Step 6
Serve immediately topped with extra Parmesan.
