3
Pour in bone broth and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Toast Your Garlic First 🧄Bloom minced garlic in olive oil for 30-45 seconds before adding broth to unlock deep, complex flavors and prevent harsh, raw garlic bitterness in your final dish.
- Reserve Pasta Water Strategically 💧Save 1 cup of the starchy cooking liquid before draining to adjust sauce consistency at the end—this starch helps the cream emulsify beautifully and clings to each pasta piece.
- Temper Your Cream Properly 🥛Add heavy cream slowly while whisking and maintain a gentle simmer to prevent curdling; let it warm through for 1-2 minutes before finishing with lemon juice and Parmesan.
- Balance Acid and Umami 🍋Add lemon juice gradually at the end and taste frequently—the acid should brighten the dish without overpowering the rich bone broth umami; bone broth's depth prevents it from tasting one-dimensional.
- Finish with Cold Butter Mount ✨Swirl in a final knob of cold unsalted butter off-heat after adding Parmesan to create a silky, luxurious sauce with superior mouthfeel and restaurant-quality shine.
