  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  •  Dash - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 2 cup - chicken broth
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - pesto
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  •   - Fresh basil
