  • 1 ¼ cup - heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • 16 ounce - chicken bone broth
  • ½ cup - tomato sauce
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup - mozzarella cheese

  1. In a deep skillet or pot, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and let it darken slightly, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the vodka and whisk to incorporate. Simmer until reduced, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup heavy cream and mix. Bring to a light simmer, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  5. Pour in chicken bone broth and bring to a boil. Add dry pasta and stir to coat completely. Add more broth or water if pasta isn’t fully covered.
  6. Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked.
  7. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Season again to taste.
  8. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and mix until melted and creamy.
