- ½ lb - anelli pasta
- 2 tablespoons - unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 4 cloves - garlic
- 4 tablespoons - tomato paste
- 3 cups - chicken broth
- Salt
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - onion powder
- ½ tsp - dried basil
- ½ cup - heavy cream
- ½ cup - grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly darkened.
- Add anelli pasta and pour in chicken broth to cover. Bring to a boil.

- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until creamy and well combined.
