  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried basil
  • ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
