
Orange Chicken
Orange Chicken is a simple weeknight dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Not to mention, bursting with flavor and so easy to make! There’s nothing quite like Chinese takeout, but this homemade version of Orange Chicken might give it a run for its money. It’s easy, healthy and everyone will love you for making it. With just the right amount of colorful vegetables and a tangy sweet sauce my kids were lapping this Orange Chicken up!

Ingredients
- 1 cup - orange juice
- 2 teaspoons - fresh ginger
- 1 tsp - honey
- 1 clove - garlic
- 2 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 1 tbsp - vegetable or canola oil
- 1 lb - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup - snow peas
- 1 - red bell pepper
Instructions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat and cook the chicken cubes for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the vegetables and cook an additional 2 minutes then transfer the chicken vegetable mixture to a bowl.
- Add the sauce to the pan, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
- Add the chicken and vegetables back into the sauce and cook an additional minute.
