Ingredients
- ½ cup - orange juice
- 1 - egg
- ½ cup - butter
- ½ cup - honey
- 1 ¾ cups - all purpose flour
- ½ tsp - baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoons - baking powder
- ½ tsp - kosher salt
- ½ cup - dates
- ½ cup - walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Sift the dry ingredients together into a separate bowl. Add the dates and walnuts to the dry ingredients. Coat the chopped dates with the flour mixture to prevent clumps.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Divide the batter between 12 greased or paper lined muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.
