Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Halibut fillets
  • 1 cup - White onion
  • ¼ cup - Cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons - Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons - Orange juice
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Oregano
  • 1 cup - Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons - Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp - Orange zest
  • 1 tbsp - Fresh jalapeño
  • 1 tsp - Cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Place fish fillets in a zip top bag and pour ¾ of the marinade over the fish. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the jalapeno-lime sour cream. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Heat grill to medium high, drizzle fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill fish for 2-5 minutes per side, then chop into bite-size pieces.
  6. Grill or pan-warm tortillas. Lay warmed tortillas out and top with fish. Add sour cream mixture, and top with any other toppings of your choice.
