Ingredients
- 1 lb - Halibut fillets
- 1 cup - White onion
- ¼ cup - Cilantro
- 3 tablespoons - Lime juice
- 3 tablespoons - Orange juice
- 2 cloves - Garlic
- 1 tsp - Oregano
- 1 cup - Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - Lime juice
- 1 tbsp - Orange zest
- 1 tbsp - Fresh jalapeño
- 1 tsp - Cilantro
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix ingredients for the marinade.
- Place fish fillets in a zip top bag and pour ¾ of the marinade over the fish. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the jalapeno-lime sour cream. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Heat grill to medium high, drizzle fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill fish for 2-5 minutes per side, then chop into bite-size pieces.
- Grill or pan-warm tortillas. Lay warmed tortillas out and top with fish. Add sour cream mixture, and top with any other toppings of your choice.
