Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 325℉ line a 9X9-inch square pan with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over the sides of the pan.
2
Mix together the melted butter and Oreo crumbs. Firmly press the mixture down into the prepared pan to form a crust.
3
In a large bowl using an electric handheld mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and Nutella, and continue mixing until fully incorporated. Add the whipping cream and mix at low speed just until incorporated. Lastly, fold in the quartered Oreo cookies.
4
Pour over top of the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. The edges should be slightly cracked and the center should be only a little jiggly. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool to room temperature before moving to the refrigerator to chill for another 3 hours or overnight.
5
When ready to serve, pull the bars out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper as handles and slice into 16 bars using a sharp knife. Rinse the knife with hot water and wipe dry between each cut for clean-edged bars. Serve with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Room Temperature Cream Cheese 🧈Bring cream cheese to room temperature before mixing to ensure a smooth, lump-free batter and prevent overmixing that can create a dense, cracked cheesecake.
- Water Bath Prevention 💧Use a springform pan wrapped tightly in foil and bake in a water bath to prevent cracks and ensure even, creamy texture throughout the bars.
- Nutella Swirl Technique 🌀Warm Nutella slightly before swirling into the batter so it blends smoothly without creating hard pockets, then use a toothpick to create even, decorative patterns.
- Oreo Crust Compression 🍪Press the Oreo crumb crust firmly into the pan bottom using the bottom of a measuring cup to create a sturdy, unified base that won't separate from the filling.
- Cooling and Chilling Timeline ⏱️Allow bars to cool completely at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours before cutting to achieve clean slices and fully set texture.
