Then add cream cheese to the bowl of crushed oreos. Mix well with a hand mixer. Roll into about one tablespoon sized balls. Place on a plate and store in the fridge for one hour.

Melt Ghirardelli’s white chocolate wafers as directed on the bag. Dip the oreo balls into the white chocolate and place on parchment or freezer paper (shiny side up). Let the chocolate harden.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Cream Cheese Temperature Mastery 🧈Soften cream cheese to room temperature before mixing with crushed Oreos to ensure smooth, lump-free filling that holds its shape when rolled into balls.
- Chocolate Melting Precision 🍫Melt both the white chocolate wafers and orange candy melts in separate double boilers at low heat, stirring frequently to prevent seizing and achieve the perfect dipping consistency.
- Strategic Freezing for Assembly ❄️Freeze your cream cheese-Oreo balls for at least 2 hours before dipping in chocolate—this prevents them from falling apart and creates a smooth, professional-looking coating.
- Oreo Crushing Technique 🍪Process Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor rather than crushing by hand to achieve a uniform texture that binds better with the cream cheese.
- Gel Application Finesse ✨Apply black sparkle gel for eyes and mouth details after the chocolate coating sets completely using a small brush or piping bottle for precise, professional snowman facial features.
