Ingredients

  • 14 ⅓ ounces - Oreos
  • 8 ounces - Cream cheese
  • 10 ounces - Ghirardelli’s white chocolate melting wafers
  • ⅓ cup - Orange candy melts
  • 1 tube - Black sparkle gel

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the oreo cookies four to five cookies at a time. Blend and add to a mixing bowl. Repeat until the full package of cookies is blended.
  2. Then add cream cheese to the bowl of crushed oreos. Mix well with a hand mixer. Roll into about one tablespoon sized balls. Place on a plate and store in the fridge for one hour.
  3. Melt Ghirardelli’s white chocolate wafers as directed on the bag. Dip the oreo balls into the white chocolate and place on parchment or freezer paper (shiny side up). Let the chocolate harden.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the orange candy melts as directed on the package.
  5. Use the black sparkle gel to make dots for the eyes and mouth. Use the orange candy melts with a pastry brush to paint on the orange nose.
