Ingredients

  • 1 box - yellow cake mix
  • 1 container - Vanilla frosting
  • Yellow food coloring
  • 12 - Mini Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Bake cupcakes per recipe on box and cool completely.
  2. In a bowl mix white frosting with yellow food coloring to make a deep yellow color.
  3. Place frosting in piping bag with a Wilton #70 tip to make the petals.
  4. Place a small dab of frosting directly in the center of the cupcake and place the mini Oreo on top.
  5. Pipe petals from the cookie outward all the way around the cupcake.
  6. Your sunflower is done and ready to eat!
