Oreo Sunflower Cupcakes
These Oreo sunflower cupcakes are perfect for summer gatherings. They’re fun and colorful, perfect for brightening the day of any birthday, shower or picnic. Sunflower Cupcakes are great because they’re essentially portable cake…what’s not to love about that?! They’re an on the go bite of summer you can share with friends or eat all on your own ;)

- Step 1
Bake cupcakes per recipe on box and cool completely.
- Step 2
In a bowl mix white frosting with yellow food coloring to make a deep yellow color.
- Step 3
Place frosting in piping bag with a Wilton #70 tip to make the petals.
- Step 4
Place a small dab of frosting directly in the center of the cupcake and place the mini Oreo on top.
- Step 5
Pipe petals from the cookie outward all the way around the cupcake.
- Step 6
Your sunflower is done and ready to eat!
