Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Tahini Sauce Perfection 🥄
Whisk tahini sauce thoroughly and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken and develop a smoother, more integrated flavor profile.
  • Falafel Warming Technique 🔥
Warm pre-made falafel in a dry skillet over medium heat to restore crispiness and prevent them from becoming soggy or losing texture.
  • Ras el Hanout Magic 🌶️
Toast Ras el Hanout spice blend in a dry pan for 30 seconds before adding to the dish to unlock its full aromatic potential and deepen the flavor complexity.
  • Lime Juice Timing 🍋
Add fresh lime juice just before serving to maintain its bright, zesty flavor and prevent it from becoming bitter or losing its vibrant acidity.
  • Baby Spinach Wilting Trick 🥬
Gently warm baby spinach with residual heat from other ingredients to create a wilted texture without overcooking, preserving its fresh flavor and nutrients.
