Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 12 - eggs
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 12-cup muffin pan liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
- Carefully crack one egg into each cup, taking care to not break the yolks.
- Bake the eggs on the middle rack of the oven for 16-20 minutes, the lesser amount of time for runny yolks, and the greater for solid yolks.
- Check to see that eggs are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- To remove the eggs from the cups, run the tip of a knife around the edge of each egg and carefully lift it from the cup.
- Serve immediately, seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste.
