Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 12 - eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Carefully crack one egg into each cup, taking care to not break the yolks.
  4. Bake the eggs on the middle rack of the oven for 16-20 minutes, the lesser amount of time for runny yolks, and the greater for solid yolks.
  5. Check to see that eggs are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  6. To remove the eggs from the cups, run the tip of a knife around the edge of each egg and carefully lift it from the cup.
  7. Serve immediately, seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste.
