  • 1 lb - asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  • ½ tsp - kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - lemon zest
  • ½  - lemon
  • ¼ cup - parmesan

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the asparagus on a large rimmed baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer and roast for 6-8 minutes until crisp tender.
  3. Toss the asparagus with the lemon juice and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with the lemon zest and parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
